What this website collects, why, and how to reach me about it. Short and plain.
This website, zakariadhiab.com, is the portfolio of Zakaria Dhiab, a freelance web developer based in Algeria who also works under the name Dhiab Studio. I am the person responsible for the data described below.
For any question about your data, write to DhiabMohammedZakaria@gmail.com.
Browsing the site requires nothing from you. I only receive personal data when you send a message through the contact form: your name, e-mail address, subject and message, together with the language of the page and your IP address.
To read and answer your message, and to protect the form against spam and abuse (that is the only reason the IP address is kept). Your data is never sold, shared for advertising, or added to a mailing list.
Messages are stored in this website's database, on my own server. When a message arrives I receive a notification in a private Discord channel and, when e-mail is configured, by e-mail. No one else has access.
Only as long as needed to follow up on your request. You can ask me at any time to delete your messages, and I will.
The site only sets the cookies it needs to work: a session cookie and a security (CSRF) cookie that protects the contact form. They expire after about two hours. There are no advertising cookies, no analytics and no tracking pixels.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google's servers, which see your IP address (see Google's privacy policy). Links to LinkedIn, GitHub, Facebook or WhatsApp lead to services with their own privacy policies.
Pages under /testing-websites/ are design proposals made for businesses. They do not take real orders: carts and favourites are saved only in your own browser, and their forms send nothing.
You can ask to see, correct or delete the data I hold about you by writing to DhiabMohammedZakaria@gmail.com. I answer within 30 days. I handle personal data in the spirit of Algerian Law 18-07 on the protection of natural persons in the processing of personal data.
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page is updated.
